Job Description

Digital manager (Work from home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company'sdigital marketing strategyacross multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, etc.).
  • Manage all digital marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Plan and managepaid advertising campaigns(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize website and landing pages for user experience andconversion rate.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on performance of all digital campaigns using tools likeGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research, link-building, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Develop and manageemail marketingand marketing automation workflows.
  • Coordinate with design, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging digital platforms/tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 47 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managingperformance marketing campaignsand SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM/automation tools.
  • Strong understanding ofweb analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive measurable ROI.
