Digital manager (Work from home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company'sdigital marketing strategyacross multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, etc.).
- Manage all digital marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Plan and managepaid advertising campaigns(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize website and landing pages for user experience andconversion rate.
- Monitor, measure, and report on performance of all digital campaigns using tools likeGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research, link-building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Develop and manageemail marketingand marketing automation workflows.
- Coordinate with design, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging digital platforms/tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 47 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience managingperformance marketing campaignsand SEO/SEM strategies.
- Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM/automation tools.
- Strong understanding ofweb analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive measurable ROI.
