Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns, drive brand growth, and manage both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Oversee brand positioning, content, and creative direction
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage marketing budgets and agency/vendor coordination
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product)

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of marketing experience (preferably in D2C or consumer brands)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
