About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the edutech and digital marketing space. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving marketing campaigns, managing teams, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Set marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments
Team Leadership & Management
Supervise and mentor the Marketing Coordinator and other marketing team members
Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance against KPIs
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Campaign Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for courses and webinars
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for better results
Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Content & Creative Oversight
Review and approve marketing content including posters, videos, and promotional materials
Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and messaging effectiveness
Guide content creation for various audience segments and platforms
Maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely deliverables
Digital Marketing & Growth
Drive online presence through website optimization, social media engagement, and digital advertising
Implement lead generation strategies and nurture campaigns
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product development
Build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
Present marketing plans, reports, and insights to senior management
Represent the marketing department in strategic meetings

1. Marketing Performance: Achievement of lead generation targets, conversion rates, and ROI metrics
2. Campaign Effectiveness: Success rate of marketing campaigns measured by reach, engagement, and conversions

Required Qualifications
Education
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field OR
B.Tech with proven marketing expertise and relevant certifications Experience
Mandatory: 3-5 years of experience in edutech marketing and/or digital marketing
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
Experience in team leadership and people management
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business results
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM platforms
Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
