About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager with 57 years of experience to lead and execute our marketing, tradeshow, events, branding, webinars, and partner marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Event, Tradeshow, and Webinar Management
- Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end events, trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars (India, ME, and US
- Manage all logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting, venue management, and on-site execution
- Prepare event calendars and ensure timely completion of all event milestones
- Draft scripts, questionnaires, agendas, and other pre-event materials for webinars and workshops
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to create event-related collateral such as banners, presentations, and promotional materials
- Take ownership of the event execution process, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality delivery
- Proactively reach out to event organizers to secure organic participation in panels, speaker opportunities, and award nominations, leveraging global trade shows and industry events
Marketing Activities
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various audience segments
- Support and own database management
- Create marketing decks, presentations, and pitch materials for internal and external use
- Contribute to branding initiatives, internal and external video shoots with high-quality content to position Biz2X as leading player in AI
- Work closely with strategic partners like AWS and GCP to support joint marketing initiatives across the globe
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, including running promoted posts, InMail campaigns, and audience-targeted engagement initiatives
Technology & Tools
- Utilize AI and marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Gemini, and similar platforms for content, presentations, research, analysis, and day-to-day task
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software for reporting, planning, and analysis
Ownership & Execution
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
- Maintain an eye for detail in all aspects of planning, execution, and reporting
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and engagement
- Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and internal requests as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 57 years of experience in marketing, events, or branding, preferably in B2B environments, with exposure to high-growth companies and dynamic, fast-paced work settings
- Hands-on experience in marketing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating marketing decks, presentations, and campaign content
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva), and proficient in MS (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience supporting partner marketing initiatives, preferably with cloud partners like AWS or GCP
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong ownership of tasks
- Strong written communication skills are a plus for producing compelling marketing and event content
