Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber digital marketing & project manager to lead the strategic execution of our digital ecosystem. This is a hybrid role requiring the precision of a project manager and the technical depth of a MarTech specialist. You will drive end-to-end delivery of marketing initiativesranging from CDP architecture and CAPI implementation to multi-channel campaign execution and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate ensures that our data is clean, our campaigns are impactful, and our digital transformation is governed by industry-standard frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
1. MarTech Infrastructure & Data Governance
- CDP Management: Lead the end-to-end Customer Data Platform (CDP) lifecycle, including data onboarding, schema configuration, and the curation of rich customer profiles.
- Conversion Resilience: Technical setup and maintenance of CAPI (Conversions API) to ensure data privacy compliance and robust signal tracking across media platforms.
- Data Activation: Manage data forwarding to various destinations (AdTech, CRM, Social) to enable high-scale personalization.
2. Multi-Channel Campaign & Email Marketing
- Campaign Lifecycle: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated Marketing Campaigns across web, social, and direct channels.
- Email Strategy: Oversee the Email Marketing ecosystemfrom strategic planning and segmentation to automated journey execution and performance reporting.
- Direct Marketing: Drive 1:1 marketing strategies (SMS, Push, Email) ensuring alignment with the broader brand roadmap.
- Social Media Operations: Coordinate execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, and Cerby to ensure brand consistency and community engagement.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- The Analytics Stack: Own the full lifecycle (Strategy Implementation QA Reporting) within GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Data Visualization: Design and maintain automated dashboards (Looker Studio/Adobe) for real-time KPI tracking.
- Executive Presentation: Translate complex data into actionable insights for QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and C-level stakeholder meetings.
4. Project Management & Delivery Excellence
- Agile Delivery: Utilize Wrike, JIRA, or Asana to manage sprint plans, RAID logs, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Governance & Audit: Maintain internal project documentation aligned with the organizational framework and lead internal audits to ensure process compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact between marketing, UX, data analytics, and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in digital project management, MarTech, or digital operations.
- Technical Depth: * Hands-on experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, mParticle, etc.) and CAPI.
- Expert proficiency in GA4/Adobe Analytics and Tag Management Systems (GTM/Adobe Launch).
- Campaign Tools: Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- PM Tools: Expert knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, or Workfront.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present technical roadmaps to non-technical executive leadership.
