ROLE OVERVIEW

We're hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow revenue for our DTC brands by recruiting, onboarding, and managing a high-performance network of affiliate partners. This role owns affiliate program strategy end-to-end from identifying and pitching new partners to activating existing relationships and optimizing for consistent revenue performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and grow the affiliate program across both client brands, from strategy through day-to-day execution.

Prospect, pitch, and onboard new affiliate and influencer partners aligned with gold investing, personal finance, and wealth audiences.

Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners: communicate performance, share creative assets, and drive activation.

Build and maintain dashboards using Everflow, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to track traffic, conversions, and ROI by partner.

Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to develop affiliate-ready landing pages, email sequences, and promotional materials.

Run A/B tests on offers, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve affiliate conversion rates.

Identify compliance risks and ensure affiliate content aligns with brand standards and financial marketing guidelines.

Report weekly/monthly on program performance and present growth recommendations to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

48 years managing affiliate or partnership marketing programs.

Experience with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, Impact, ShareASale, or equivalent.

Strong communicator and relationship-builder comfortable in pitch meetings and partner calls.

Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and modern martech stacks (WordPress, email automation, support platforms).

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.

Comfortable in fintech, financial services, or regulated DTC verticals.

Enthusiasm, energy, and a hunter mentality this role requires proactive outreach, not just program maintenance.
