Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with strong expertise in social media and digital marketing to lead our brand-building efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and driving measurable growth through innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to improve brand positioning and visibility.
- Brand Building:
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social and digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, videos, etc.).
- Develop influencer and partnership strategies to expand reach.
- Digital Campaigns & Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and analyze paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Track and optimize ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and digital engagement metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Work with creative, design, and content teams to develop impactful marketing assets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, and brand building.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media algorithms, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
