Job Description – Marketing Manager (B2B / Demand Generation)

Jade Business Services (JBS) is a US-based Energy AI company focused on building agentic AI systems, data reliability platforms, and enterprise workflow automation for Fortune 100 energy clients.
The company has strong delivery capabilities and partnerships with Databricks, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, and is now focused on building a powerful brand and demand engine.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, high-impact marketing role responsible for building JBS's marketing engine from scratch.
You will:
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
- Build brand positioning in the Energy AI space
- Drive pipeline, MQLs, and demand generation
- Lead content, webinars, ABM, and partner marketing
This is not a coordination role — it requires someone who can think strategically and execute independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Positioning
- Define and own brand messaging and tone across all channels
- Position JBS as an Energy AI specialist (not generic IT services)
- Ensure all content reflects domain credibility and differentiation
2. Demand Generation & ABM
- Build and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns (50–100 target accounts)
- Own marketing funnel (awareness → MQL → pipeline)
- Work closely with sales for lead conversion within 48 hours
- Launch and scale targeted outbound + inbound programs
3. Webinar Program (Mandatory)
- Launch and manage monthly webinar series
- Handle end-to-end execution:
- Topic selection
- Promotion
- Hosting
- Follow-ups
- Repurpose webinars into multiple marketing assets
4. LinkedIn & Social Media
- Transform LinkedIn into a thought leadership channel
- Publish 4–5 high-quality posts per week
- Build audience across:
- US Energy Buyers (CDO/CTO level)
- India Tech Talent
5. Content & Thought Leadership
- Create:
- Whitepapers (quarterly)
- Case studies
- Newsletters
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to extract technical insights
- Ensure content speaks to senior technical buyers (not generic audience)
6. Partner Marketing
- Drive co-marketing with:
- Databricks
- Google Cloud
- Microsoft
- Execute:
- Joint webinars
- Co-branded content
- Co-sell campaigns
7. Website & SEO
- Own website messaging and structure
- Improve SEO for energy AI & enterprise data topics
- Continuously update case studies and thought leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in B2B marketing (IT services / SaaS / consulting)
- Proven experience owning pipeline or MQL targets
- Hands-on experience with:
- Demand generation
- Webinar execution
- LinkedIn company page strategy
- Strong B2B writing skills (technical + executive audience)
- Experience with marketing tools like:
- HubSpot / Marketo
- Ability to work in US shift overlap
