Role Objectives
- Execute integrated marketing plans in alignment with brand positioning, market priorities, and business targets to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaignsacross media, digital, events, and Franchise Partner activation ensuring timely, CI-compliant delivery with strong on-ground impact.
- Leverage customer and market insights to fine-tune campaign rollouts, improve relevance of messaging, and elevate local customer experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure smooth implementation, stakeholder alignment, and efficient marketing operations.
- Work closely with Sales and Franchise Partner teams to align marketing activities with sales targets, drive showroom traffic, and support lead conversion.
- Track campaign performance and spending, using dashboards and regular reviews to evaluate ROI and optimize future initiatives.
Reporting to: GM Marketing as per leadership structure.
Qualification - Experience - Skillset
Qualification Requirement: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in Marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 Years of Work Experience in Marketing / Sales preferably in automobile involving preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns and on-site implementation of planned events.
Area of Work
Strategic Planning:
- Drive execution of MBIL marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand guidelines.
- Elevate the dealership's digital and on-ground presence through data-driven, locally relevant campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with VIP customers, corporates, and community networks to expand reach.
- Monitor competition, ensure flawless campaign rollouts, and actively contribute to market share growth.
Driving marketing activities for the dealership:
- Assist GM - Marketing to ensure execution of activities aligned with overall strategy and objectives.
- Achieve enquiry targets for every month and report progress to GM - Marketing for way ahead.
- Ensure strict adherence to all brand-related CI/CD guidelines during the execution of dealership marketing activities.
- Support product launches and events organized by MBIL to achieve targeted outcomes.
Event Management:
Actively execute high-quality dealer events that elevate brand presence and customer delight.
Drive pre-event promotions and post-event follow-ups to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Support strategy planning to unlock business opportunities through impactful on-ground engagement.
Ensure all events comply with brand guidelines and regulatory norms.
Sales Process and Service Core Process:
Oversee daily customer touch points to ensure high-quality, personalized interactions.
Coordinate across departments to optimize experience delivery and digital showroom content.
Implement feel-good factors focused on interpersonal warmth and surprise elements.
Drive daily improvements based on weekly customer satisfaction analysis.
