About the role
We're looking for a hands-on, creative and execution-driven Brand Marketing & Growth Executive to help build Atom Eats across social media, performance marketing, e-commerce and on-ground events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking creatively and executing fast, and wants to work closely with founders in a high-growth packaged food startups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media and Brand Content
- Manage day-to-day customer communication and respond to DMs/comments.
- Handle influencer marketing, collaborations and creator coordination.
- Create and coordinate content for social platforms (Instagram, etc.).
- Design social communication, captions, creatives and campaign content.
- Develop moodboards and visual directions for social and campaigns.
2. Performance Marketing Support
- Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies/freelancers.
- Assist in ad creation, briefs, creatives and campaign collaterals.
- Track campaigns and do regular follow-ups with partners and internal teams.
3. E-commerce & Website Marketing
- Keep the website updated with latest content, launches and banners.
- Create website and campaign collaterals as required.
- Create and regularly update Amazon product listings.
- Coordinate with vendors for website, listings, packaging or marketing needs.
- Support in developing new marketing collaterals across platforms.
4. Events & On Ground Marketing
- Source relevant events, markets and brand pop-ups.
- Assist in planning and execution of exhibitions, stalls and activations.
- Design and coordinate event collaterals (standees, menus, posters, etc.).
- Assist in stock planning and coordination for events.
- Support event design, branding and experience planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external partners for events.
What we're looking for:
- 13 years experience in marketing, social media, brand or growth roles.
- Strong interest in food, brands, content and consumer marketing.
- Comfortable working across design, content, coordination and execution.
- Good aesthetic sense + understanding of social trends.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable coordinating with agencies, vendors and creators.
- Can work fast, adapt quickly and take ownership.

Work Details & Terms:
- This is a full-time, in-office role based out of our Wadala East, Mumbai office.
- The role follows a 6-day working week.
- Working hours and weekly off will be communicated at the time of onboarding.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with hands-on execution across functions.
