Purpose of the position

The goal of the Influencer Marketing Manager is to create and execute effective influencer marketing strategies that align with the organization's brand goals and objectives. This position is critical to maximizing brand exposure, engagement, and customer loyalty through leveraging relationships with influencers. The manager will identify key influencers, collaborate with them, manage influencer campaigns, and measure the impact of these initiatives. The main goals are to build strong influencer relationships, produce powerful content, and enhance the organization's overall growth and reputation.

Education

MBA Sales & Marketing (Full Time)

Experience

3to 7 years of work experience in digital content development, influencer marketing, digital marketing.

Project management skills to handle multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously

Proficient in influencer campaign monitoring tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

o Campaign Planning: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals of the automotive brand or specific vehicle models.

o Objective Setting: Define clear objectives for influencer campaigns, such as increasing brand awareness, generating leads, promoting new vehicle launches, or enhancing brand perception.

o Audience Targeting: Identify and target relevant audience segments through influencers who resonate with the brand's values and appeal to potential car buyers.

Influencer Identification and Management:

o Research: Identify suitable influencers with a strong presence and credibility in the automotive niche or among target demographics.

o Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication, fostering partnerships, and understanding their audiences.

o Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms of collaboration, including compensation, content requirements, exclusivity agreements, and performance metrics.

Content Strategy and Execution:

o Content Development: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that showcases the features, benefits, and unique selling points of vehicles.

o Content Guidelines: Provide influencers with clear guidelines and brand messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's image.

o Content Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of influencer-generated content across relevant social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:

o Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

o Data Analysis: Analyze data and insights to measure ROI, identify trends, and optimize future influencer campaigns.

o Optimization: Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market trends to achieve campaign objectives more effectively.

Compliance and Risk Management:

o Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that influencer campaigns comply with advertising regulations and guidelines to maintain transparency and consumer trust.

o Brand Protection: Safeguard the brand's reputation by monitoring influencer content for accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with brand values.

Market Research and Insights:
