Marketing Manager

Working Days: 5 days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays working.

About the role:

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Content & Marketing professional to build our brand presence across social media and digital channels.You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing social media, running digital campaigns, and helping communicate our wealth management expertise in a clear, credible, and engaging way.

What you'll do:

• Create Reels, videos, carousels, posts, and other digital content.
• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos.
• Write social media content, captions, blogs, ad copies, and scripts.
• Manage our social media presence and content calendar.
• Plan and execute Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Develop content around wealth creation, investing, financial planning, markets, and personal finance.
• Support other marketing initiatives including Google Ads, SEO, email/WhatsApp marketing, and campaigns.
• Research market trends, competitors, and relevant financial content.
• Work closely with the team to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and lead generation.

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation and/or digital marketing.
• Strong video creation/editing and copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Interest in finance, investing, and wealth management.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.

Good to have: Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and AI content tools.
