JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager – Unitile will own the full spectrum of marketing for India's leading raised access floor brand. This is a 360-degree marketing role that spans digital and social media, events and exhibitions, PR and brand communications, and product and content marketing—all in service of strengthening Unitile's position with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and enterprise clients. The incumbent will lead a small marketing team, work in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, and report to senior leadership. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a sharp eye for brand consistency and market impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Unitile brand and Outdoor Pedestal division.
- Plan quarterly and annual marketing calendars aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of 3–5 members across design, content, digital marketing, events, and communications.
- Oversee brand positioning, brand consistency, and communication across all channels.
- Drive website strategy including content updates, SEO planning, landing pages, blogs, and performance optimization.
- Plan and manage exhibitions, industry events, launches, dealer meets, and corporate events end-to-end.
- Handle PR activities, media relations, press releases, industry publications, and brand collaborations.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, CRM communication, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Coordinate with sales, product, factory, and leadership teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
- Monitor and improve digital marketing performance including social media, paid campaigns, analytics, and engagement.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, technical decks, case studies, and videos.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing deliverables with strong project management and ownership.
- Guide the team in achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs and individual growth objectives.
- Bring new ideas, creative campaigns, and innovative strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Work closely with agencies, vendors, photographers, printers, event partners, and freelancers.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, customer insights, and industry developments.
- Maintain marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and campaign ROI tracking.
- Introduce AI tools, automation, and process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Build stronger internal systems, workflows, reporting structures, and accountability within the marketing department.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies across digital, events, PR, and content channels.
- Strong digital marketing proficiency including paid campaigns, SEO, social media management, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within building materials, architecture, construction, or interior design sectors.
- Confident team leader with the ability to manage direct reports, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
- Creative eye for design and brand aesthetics, with the ability to brief and review agency output to a high standard.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
- Data-driven approach to marketing decision-making with comfort in presenting performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or a related field (preferred); Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Business Administration.
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications roles.
- Prior experience handling teams and leading end-to-end marketing functions preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B or product marketing within the building materials, architecture, interiors, or construction industry is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end events and exhibitions including large-format trade shows.
- Experience working with PR agencies and managing media relationships across trade and mainstream publications.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM/marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
