Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Quick Commerce Manager to lead and scale our business across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving visibility, managing platform relationships, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Drive end-to-end P&L for quick commerce channels
- Scale monthly revenue across platforms through strategic planning and execution
- Identify growth opportunities, new categories, and SKUs
Platform Management
- Manage relationships with key accounts (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, etc.)
- Negotiate commercials, visibility spends, and campaign placements
- Ensure strong platform hygiene (catalogue, pricing, availability)
Assortment & Inventory Planning
- Optimize SKU assortment based on platform demand and city performance
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure high fill rates and low stock-outs
- Plan launches of new products and festive assortments
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, banners, and discount strategies
- Work closely with marketing to drive visibility and conversion
- Track ROI on spends and optimize for performance
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (Market Share, GMV, orders, conversion, AOV)
- Analyze consumer trends and competitor activity
- Build dashboards and share actionable insights
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with operations, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth execution
- Coordinate with warehouse/dark store teams for inventory readiness
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Key Account Management
- Strong understanding of platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth (preferably in FMCG/Food brands)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Hands-on with Excel, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, Food, or D2C brands
- Prior experience managing high-growth categories or scaling new channels
- Understanding of supply chain and demand planning
