8-15 years of experience in FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands
Strong experience across brand marketing and performance marketing
Experience in Creative agency is an added advantage
Hands-on execution mindset with the ability to build marketing systems from scratch
Strong understanding of digital platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content strategy
Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven marketing
The role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a 0â†1 environment, building marketing systems from scratch while executing campaigns that deliver both brand impact and sales.
