Aeloria Leadership Academy is looking for a driven Marketing Intern to help expand our leadership programs delivered by international corporate trainers to schools and educational institutions.
This is not just a content role this is a growth-focused marketing opportunity where you will help position high-impact leadership workshops, build institutional partnerships, and generate qualified leads.
What You Will Do
Support the marketing and promotion of Aeloria's leadership programs to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Identify and research potential partner schools and decision-makers (principals, coordinators, management).
Generate and qualify leads through calls and campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into workshop bookings.
Manage and support digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and inbound inquiries.
Track outreach performance, maintain lead databases, and assist in reporting campaign results.
Who We Are Looking For
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with institutional decision-makers.
Basic understanding of marketing funnels, branding, and sales strategy.
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
Passion for education, leadership development, and youth empowerment.
