We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Management Trainee to support our HR and Marketing functions. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates who are eager to build hands-on experience in recruitment, people operations, and employer branding initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source and screen potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

People Operations

• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in HR documentation and record management
• Help in onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
• Coordinate with internal teams on HR processes

Marketing Support

• Assist in employer branding activities
• Support social media and campaign coordination
• Help in preparing marketing collateral and communications
• Contribute creative ideas for brand visibility

Must-Have

• Smart and presentable with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills in English
• Soft-spoken with good interpersonal diplomacy
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Interest in marketing and branding activities
• Good coordination and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Internship experience in HR or Marketing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing
