- Exhibition organizers
- Related businesses
Conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers
Gather insights using a structured questionnaire
Understand current solutions used in the industry
Evaluate interest in new technology-driven solutions
Collect feedback on pricing expectations and business models
Identify and qualify potential business leads
Maintain proper records of interactions (notes/audio where applicable)
