Teertham Puja Services is a spiritual services company dedicated to making authentic puja, rituals, and religious education accessible to households across India. We work closely with trained educators and priests to deliver meaningful spiritual experiences, both online and offline.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Growth Marketing Intern to help us expand our presence across digital platforms and new cities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media marketing, and on-ground growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Video Creation
- Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Assist in scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing content
- Experiment with new content formats to drive reach and engagement
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Teertham Puja Services social media accounts
- Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
Growth & Onboarding Initiatives
- Support onboarding of educators/priests in multiple cities
- Coordinate with city-level partners and educators
- Assist in outreach, communication, and documentation processes
- Help execute city-wise growth campaigns and launches
Marketing Support
- Assist with campaign planning, promotions, and collaborations
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Support day-to-day marketing operations as needed
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, content creation, or startups
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills (any tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel or coordinate on-ground activities (preferred, not mandatory)
