Founders:

• Ms. Mamta Gupta Co-Founder & Director, with over 41 years of experience across fashion, textiles, retail, and renewable sectors. She has been a trusted advisor to startups and early-stage companies raising capital.

• Mr. Rajpal Singh Malik Co-Founder, specializing in defence-related deals and strategic partnerships, with 22 years of service in the Indian Army and 10+ years in corporate sectors like oil & gas, warehousing, and mining.

Together, they bring unparalleled insights into India's startup and investment ecosystem.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our growing team. If you're interested in branding, strategy, digital & offline marketing, content, and customer engagement. This role will give you real hands-on exposure across all areas of marketing.

LOCATION & TIMINGS

• Location: Greater Kailash II, South Delhi
• (Preference will be given to candidates residing in/around South Delhi or along the Magenta Line)
• Timings: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday | No WFH | No Hybrid, except under unavoidable circumstances)
• Minimum Commitment: 12 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Brand building & marketing strategy

Digital and offline marketing campaigns

Content creation & communication

Market research & competitor analysis

Customer engagement & promotions

Assisting the core marketing team in daily activities

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We are looking for analytical, proactive, and confident individuals who are eager to learn and grow under direct founder mentorship.

Education Background:

• Students, fresh graduates, or anyone looking to start a career in marketing
• Candidates who are creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, social platforms, and Google Workspace

You should be:

• Excellent in written & verbal communication (English proficiency required).
• Confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meetings, and client interactions with professionalism.
• Based in or near South Delhi for regular office presence.
• Prior internship experience in marketing, consulting, is a plus.
