Lumantara is building creative communities and culture-driven brands. We're looking for an experienced Marketing Intern with strong skills in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategy.

Who we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing (portfolio required)
• Expertise in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousel posts, and video content
• Proven ability to grow social media engagement and follower growth organically
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design and video editing tools
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, content strategy, and performance optimization
• Experience with Instagram marketing, YouTube marketing, and Twitter/X marketing
• Knowledge of content calendar planning, trend analysis, and brand storytelling
• Self-motivated with strong project management and communication skills

What you'll do:

• Create and manage social media content across Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter
• Develop engaging Reels, short-form videos, graphics, and copywriting that drive virality
• Implement social media strategy and content planning to maximize reach and engagement
• Track KPIs, analyze social media metrics, and optimize campaigns based on data
• Conduct competitor research and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate on influencer marketing, brand positioning, and marketing campaigns
• Support community management and audience engagement initiatives
