Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting BrainSnap's digital presence and engagement with students and young professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation across platforms, scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with the online community in a professional and inclusive manner. The intern will help execute social media and digital marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize content and outreach. This role may also involve collaborating with program and marketing teams to align social media messaging with current initiatives, events, and learning resources.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts tailored to target audiences.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, respectful interaction with followers and internal teams.
• Basic familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and social media scheduling or analytics tools is beneficial.
• Interest in human development, education, or youth-focused initiatives, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple, inclusive language.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and willingness to learn and accept feedback in a remote work environment.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred but not required.
