ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an energetic, action-oriented Outreach Intern to help us connect with colleges, build partnerships, and spread awareness about BIA's technology programs. This is a unique opportunity to earn substantial income while developing valuable professional skills in business development and institutional partnerships.
Compensation:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
College & Institution Outreach: Identify and reach out to college placement cells, tech clubs, and student societies Build relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions Present partnership proposals and secure webinar opportunities
Partnership Development: Help coordinate and conduct webinars at colleges Facilitate partnerships between BIA and colleges Represent BIA professionally at college events and sessions
Lead Generation: Generate quality leads for our academic counseling team Maintain organized records of all outreach activities Follow up with interested institutions and contacts
Strategic Outreach: Research and find relevant contacts across colleges in Delhi NCR Create compelling outreach messages and proposals Track partnership opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Qualities: Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Self-motivated and action-oriented - you take initiative without being told Resourceful - you can find contacts, information, and make things happen Persistent and persuasive in building relationships Organized and systematic in tracking your work
Appreciated (Not Required): Prior experience working with college clubs or placement cells Existing connections in Delhi NCR colleges Understanding of technology education landscape Experience in student leadership roles

WHAT YOU GET
Financial Benefits: Base stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month regardless of enrollments Rs. 3,000 incentive for every student who enrolls through your efforts No cap on incentive earnings - top performers can earn 30-50K+ per month

WORK ARRANGEMENT
Mode: Hybrid (field visits to colleges + remote coordination) Hours: Part-time, flexible (15-20 hours per week) Location: Delhi NCR (with visits to colleges and institutions) Base Location: BIA Saket Campus when needed
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have: Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/postgraduate degree Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Smartphone and laptop for coordination Ability to travel across Delhi NCR for college visits Professional demeanor and presentation skills
Good to Have: Active involvement in college clubs, societies, or placement committees Existing relationships with college administrators or faculty Experience organizing events or leading teams Understanding of technology education programs
HOW LEADS WORK
Your Role: Generate interest and qualified leads from college, clubs, placement cells and students
Our Role: Our academic counseling team handles all detailed discussions and enrollment process Your Earnings: You earn Rs. 3,000 for every student who enrolls through your lead
