About The Company

Amusement Park Entertainment is a hybrid entertainment company specializing in Studios (film & web

series production), Talent Network (celebrity management), Writers Collective (script development), and Media (title marketing & in-film brand integrations).

Role Overview

The Marketing Lead will manage a dynamic team of strategists, creatives, social media specialists, and PR professionals. Reporting to the Marketing Head, this role is responsible for ensuring seamless

execution of marketing strategies across all verticals while driving performance through KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of strategists, content marketers, PR specialists and

creative.

Establish clear team goals, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables while fostering a high-

performance culture.

Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to improve efficiency and

creativity.

Ensure alignment between different team functions, driving collaboration across strategy,

creative, PR, and digital.

Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to maximize productivity.

  • Execution & Operations

Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and

seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Optimize workflows and processes to ensure efficient execution of multi-platform marketing

strategies.

Track and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business

goals.

Collaborate with external agencies, talent, and partners to enhance campaign reach and impact.

Ensure budget adherence and efficient allocation of marketing resources.

  • Strategy & Market Insights

Develop data-driven marketing strategies for Amusement Park's projects, ensuring alignment

with business goals.

Conduct market research to understand audience behaviour, competitive landscape, and

industry trends.

Identify growth opportunities, innovative partnerships, and brand collaborations to enhance

revenue and audience engagement.

Formulate strategies for positioning and messaging across different media platforms.

Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring consistent optimization.

  • Creative & Brand Development

Develop compelling brand narratives that align with business objectives and resonate with the

audience.

Guide the creation of marketing assets, including print, digital, video, and experiential

activations.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Work closely with the content and production teams to bring creative ideas to life.

  • Social Media & Communications

Lead the social media strategy, ensuring strong digital presence and engagement across

platforms.

Develop content strategies for digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and community

engagement.

Drive PR and media outreach initiatives, managing relationships with journalists, influencers,

and industry stakeholders.

Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, SEO strategies, email marketing, and online

advertising.

Monitor audience sentiment and market feedback to refine messaging and engagement tactics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Website Traffic & Engagement: Growth in unique visitors, time spent, and interactions.

Social Media Metrics: Follower growth, engagement rate, impressions, and shares.

Brand Awareness & PR Impact: Media coverage, brand recall, and audience sentiment.

Marketing Campaign ROI: Conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue impact.

Audience Growth & Retention: Subscription rates, repeat engagement, and audience loyalty.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Impact: Success in brand collaborations and sponsorships.

Qualifications & Skills

7-8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of the Indian entertainment industry & digital marketing landscape.

Expertise in brand positioning, marketing strategy, PR, and digital marketing tools.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, campaign management, and performance tracking.

Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
