Role Overview

We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to build and scale our marketing engine from the ground up and drive predictable growth.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the entire marketing function at Runo. This is a high-ownership leadership role focused on creating a full-funnel growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Build and scale predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels
  • Own SEO and organic growth strategy
  • Lead performance marketing across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build and optimize email marketing and lifecycle journeys

Content, Brand & Positioning

  • Build content strategy across website, blogs, thought leadership, and campaigns
  • Lead design, video, and creative strategy
  • Develop strong brand identity and market presence

Digital & Platform Ownership

  • Own website strategy, performance, and conversion optimization
  • Own marketing tech stack and growth experiments
  • Implement analytics, attribution, and reporting frameworks

Team & Function Building

  • Build and scale the marketing team across functions
  • Establish processes, KPIs, and performance culture
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 815+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS marketing leadership
  • Proven track record of building marketing functions from scratch or scaling growth stage companies
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel revenue marketing
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical mindset
  • Hands-on operator who can both strategize and execute
  • Experience with ABM, performance marketing, and organic growth is essential
