Job Summary

Ferty9 is seeking a dynamic (BTL) Marketing Head to lead our BTL marketing initiatives across multiple locations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This role will oversee a dedicated team of six BTL Managers, focusing on the strategic planning, organization, and execution of high-impact campaigns such as fertility camps, brand partnerships, hyperlocal marketing initiatives, and clinic-level social media activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing BTL campaigns in the healthcare sector, a proven ability to deliver measurable results, and strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a geographically diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor a team of 6 BTL Managers located across Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Rajahmundry, and Kurnool.
• Provide guidance, regular feedback, and performance management to ensure team alignment and productivity.

2. Campaign Strategy, Planning & Execution

• Design and implement innovative BTL marketing campaigns, including fertility camps, local events, and hyperlocal initiatives.
• Manage allocated BTL budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

3. Hyperlocal Marketing Development

• Identify target communities and develop location-specific campaigns to build brand presence and trust.
• Engage with local stakeholders to strengthen community connections and partnerships.

4. Social Media Oversight (Clinic-Level)

• Supervise local clinic social media accounts to ensure engaging, relevant, and consistent content.
• Monitor social media trends to capitalize on engagement opportunities and encourage timely responses to local audiences.
