Job Title: Marketing Head Gaming Industry

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, community engagement, and game marketing, and will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for game launches, updates, and promotions.
  • Lead brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  • Build and engage vibrant gaming communities, both online and offline, to foster player loyalty.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and paid media strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with game features and releases.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Identify and leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and PR opportunities to expand brand visibility.
  • Mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Head, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience of at least 12+ years in Marketing. Gaming Preferred.
  • Strong experience in brand management, community building, and digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of game marketing trends, including live operations, esports, influencer engagement, and user acquisition.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of player communities and trends is highly desirable.
