Job Description



  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and execute the overall growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement inbound demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.


  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, SEO, paid media, and marketing operations.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.


  • Demand Generation & Growth:
    • Own the inbound marketing funnel and optimize conversion rates across channels.
    • Drive campaigns leveraging SEO, content marketing, paid acquisition, email marketing, and social media.
    • Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to nurture leads effectively.


  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and deliver predictable pipeline growth.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
    • Influence product positioning and messaging to maximize market impact.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving inbound demand and scaling marketing teams.
  • Expertise in growth marketing strategies, digital channels, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
