Position: Head of Marketing
Industry: Architecture | Interior Design | Construction
Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar
Reporting To: Principal Architect / Managing Director
Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the
overall marketing strategy of the architecture studio. The role focuses on
brand positioning, lead generation, business growth, digital presence, and
client engagement aligned with the studio's design philosophy and business
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement annual marketing strategy and budget.
Define brand positioning and communication guidelines.
Identify target markets (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.)
Lead and mentor the marketing team
Business Development Support
Generate qualified leads for architecture and interior projects.
Build relationships with developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
Support proposal presentations and pitch decks.
Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Branding
Oversee website, social media, and digital campaigns
Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and portfolio showcase
Plan content strategy including project stories and site progress
Monitor SEO and online visibility
Public Relations & Visibility
Coordinate media features and architecture publications
Manage award submissions and industry recognition
Organize events, webinars, and exhibitionsPerformance Tracking
Track campaign performance and lead conversion.
Prepare monthly marketing reports.
Optimize strategies based on ROI and analytics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or
related field
5+ years of marketing experience (Architecture/Real
Estate/Construction preferred)
Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing
Leadership and strategic planning ability
