Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating mass media advertising campaigns across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms.
- Support campaign planning, briefing sessions, and end-to-end execution.
- Monitor ad placements and help compile campaign performance reports.
- Liaise with creative and media agencies to manage artwork, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support on-ground activities, including mall events, exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Assist in the setup and management of Point of sales displays, in-store branding, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and event partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Help maintain and enhance brand visibility across retail outlets and event locations.
- Collect consumer feedback and market insights during BTL activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Mandatory: Proficiency in speaking Hindi, with the ability to interact confidently with consumers, vendors, and on-ground teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field activities and on-ground campaigns.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- This role would require frequent travelling and preference would be given to candidates who have transportation of their own.
