Role Summary:
The purpose of this role is to serve as a hands-on Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist within a multinational B2B environment. The role involves managing integrated marketing initiatives, overseeing CRM operations, and driving effective lead management, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across different regions.
The role capability includes being highly process-oriented, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a cross-cultural, global environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage integrated marketing initiatives across digital, email, content, and website channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain CRM data management and hygiene, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Track and manage lead flow, routing, and follow-up coordination with the sales team.
- Support lead tracking and pipeline visibility through CRM dashboards.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Content
- Maintain marketing collateral and content including brochures, sales decks, proposals, and other sales enablement materials.
- Support sales enablement documentation to help the sales team engage prospects effectively.
Reporting & Operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing budgets, leads generated, and conversion performance.
- Maintain dashboard updates and operational reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal sales teams, leadership, and operations to ensure marketing alignment.
- Work effectively in cross-cultural and cross-border teams, including collaboration across time zones.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 24 years of experience in marketing roles within multinational B2B companies.
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead management, and campaign execution.
- Ability to create basic marketing copy and visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong process orientation and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an agile environment.
Tools & Technology
Experience with the following tools will be preferred:
- Zoho CRM and related marketing tools
- AI tools for marketing productivity
- Canva
- Shopify (preferred)
Additional Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Asia Pacific markets and regional marketing practices.
- Experience working across multiple time zones in a global organization.
