Job Profile
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain marketing databases and provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
- Campaign Support: Assist with the planning, delivery, and tracking of campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct research and analyse market trends to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, creative team, and external vendors to ensure alignment in messaging and initiatives.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute targeted email campaigns, manage templates and content, segment audiences, run A/B tests, and report on key metrics to optimise performance.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Fluency in English.
- A collaborative and proactive team player.
- Interest in the luxury or jewellery sector is desirable.
Additional Information: This is an-office role based in Mumbai. India.
