About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative
EmailMarketing Executive to drive our digital marketing and email campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing
email marketing campaigns that build engagement, generate leads, and strengthen Techture's brand presence across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote company services, updates, and events.
- Build and manage email databases, ensuring proper segmentation for personalized campaigns.
- Write engaging and clear marketing copy for email campaigns and newsletters.
- Coordinate with design and business development teams to create campaign visuals and messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email content, and CTAs for better engagement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data protection regulations.
- Support other digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, website updates, and lead nurturing.
- Research industry trends and suggest new strategies to enhance digital visibility.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing or digital campaigns.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of design coordination and HTML for email templates (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
