This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Ernakulam. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to increase market share and sales revenue. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, building relationships with clients, conducting market research, and working closely with the marketing team. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for expanding the customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in conducting Market Research and Data Analysis
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Experience in the kitchenware or home goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
