Valiance is a niche AI firm delivering solutions across AI, GenAI, data engineering, and cloud for enterprise and public sector clients in India and the US. We build AI systems that move business metrics — not just dashboards.

We are looking for a high-agency Marketing Executive who thinks like a founder, moves fast, and uses AI as a force multiplier.

Role Overview

This role owns corporate communications, brand positioning, content engine, social presence, and event marketing. You will directly influence revenue growth, partnerships, talent brand, and industry positioning.

This is not a coordination role. This is an execution + strategy role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Communications & Industry Positioning

• Draft press releases, media notes, leadership announcements, partnership communications
• Liaise with channel partners (Azure, Oracle, ecosystem players), industry bodies, and associations for:
• Speaking opportunities
• Awards nominations
• Event participation
• Panel discussions
• Build and maintain relationships with media and ecosystem stakeholders
• Track brand mentions and competitive visibility

2. Content Engine for Sales & Growth

• Create high-quality, AI-focused content to support:
• Sales enablement
• Case studies
• Thought leadership
• Industry POVs
• Employee branding
• Own content calendar aligned to GTM priorities
• Convert project work into market-facing narratives
• Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to extract insights and turn them into sharp, differentiated messaging

3. Social Media & Digital Presence

• Manage LinkedIn and digital channels
• Build leadership voice for founders and senior team
• Drive engagement, reach, and community conversations
• Track metrics: engagement, mentions, inbound interest, conversion to meetings
• Continuously experiment with formats (short-form, AI-generated media, video snippets, carousels, etc.)

4. Event Marketing & Representation

• Represent Valiance at industry events and conferences
• Coordinate event strategy: booth design, pitch messaging, demo narratives
• Design and manage marketing collaterals (brochures, one-pagers, AI capability decks)
• Ensure every event participation drives measurable pipeline impact

• Can multitask intelligently using AI as an assistant
• Fast learner with curiosity about AI, enterprise tech, and GTM strategy

Preferred Background

• Experience in AI product startups or AI consulting firms
• Demonstrated contribution to measurable growth (leads generated, brand recognition, award wins, media mentions)
• Exposure to enterprise or public sector marketing is a plus
