About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you'll execute creator-led campaigns end-to-end, working closely with brands, creators and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and successful implementation.

What You'll Do

• Identify, evaluate and onboard creators, influencers, artists, models, actors and digital talent aligned with brand objectives.
• Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, approvals, campaign management, reporting and successful implementation.
• Build strong relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies and internal stakeholders while ensuring timely communication and delivery.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, production and account management teams to deliver campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
• Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, prepare reports and leverage AI tools and industry insights to optimise future campaigns.

Who You Are

• 0–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media platforms.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a strong advantage.
