Rorosaur is looking for driven Marketing Executives to spearhead client acquisition, foster long-term partnerships and ensure growth at Rorosaur Foodtech Private Limited. As a Marketing Executive, you will be assigned a specific area based on your interest and competence, spreading from category managers, content lead, to business development. This role demands a proactive individual who can confidently navigate high-stakes environments, build trust with key decision-makers, meticulously manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful conversion, and strategies for growth. Your ability to understand institutional workflows, deliver tailored product pitches, and provide insightful feedback to internal teams will be crucial in driving our mission forward. We need a candidate who has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of experience in the food or healthcare industry. MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and the essential technical requirements include proficiency in CRM software, sales pipeline management tools, and data analysis. Core Responsibilities
Strategy and Brand
- Define and execute the ecommerce and social media strategy to grow awareness, conversion, and repeat purchase.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across product pages, blogs, FAQs, and social channels; ensure content accuracy by partnering with R&D, NPD, and Quality.
- Plan content calendars and align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and category roadmaps.
Ecommerce Merchandising and Category Management
- Own category P&L for assigned SKUs; manage revenue, gross margin, COGS, and inventory health.
- Optimize digital merchandising: product listings, SEO, bundles, starter packs, subscription offers, and AOV-improving tactics.
- Run SKU rationalization and promotional planning; recommend discontinuations or range expansions based on data.
Growth and Business Development
- Acquire and manage institutional accounts (hospitals, premium hotels, daycares, preschools): prospecting, trials, negotiations, and closures.
- Manage trial programs and convert pilots into long-term contracts; capture operational feedback and translate it into product or process improvements.
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize institutional lifetime value.
Content, Community and Influencer Advocacy
- Manage community engagement: respond to parent queries with empathy and evidence-based nutrition information; moderate comments and DMs.
- Lead influencer and creator programs: identify parent creators, nutritionists, and paediatricians; run campaigns and amplify UGC/IGC.
- Address myths and anxieties around baby nutrition with clear, credible content.
Analytics, Performance and Optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards for sales, margins, inventory, and campaign performance used by leadership.
- Track KPIs and run experiments to improve conversion, retention, and ROI; prepare regular performance reports and action plans.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform pricing, assortment, and GTM strategy.
New Product Development and CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Lead NPD go-to-market for new SKUs: concept, specs, pricing, launch plan, and post-launch tracking.
- Collaborate across teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, R&D) to ensure smooth launches, fulfilment, and customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, using feedback to refine products and processes.
