Marketing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Executive role based on-site at our Chandigarh office. The Marketing Executive will oversee planning and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales efforts to achieve business growth. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with the team to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Handle end-to-end social media management (planning, posting, optimization)
• Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns
• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Work closely with clients for campaign planning, reporting, and communication
• Design creatives for ads and social media (graphic designing skills required)
• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights for improvement
