About Nutrition In Sync

Nutrition In Sync is a women's hormone and gut health nutrition practice founded by Rashi Chowdhary. We help women take control of their health through personalized nutrition programmes focused on hormonal balance, gut healing, weight management, energy, and long-term habit building. Most of our clients are women navigating PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, thyroid imbalances, fertility, gut dysfunction, or burnout.

Our marketing reflects who we serve. The content, ads, blogs, and landing pages we build all speak to women's health journeys — and the marketer who joins us will spend most of their time thinking about how to communicate clearly with women navigating these very personal health decisions.

About the role

We're hiring a hands-on, tech-savvy Marketing Executive who loves getting things done, coordinating across teams, and using AI tools to work smarter. This is a generalist role with real ownership across three pillars: website and SEO, performance marketing support, and social media production support.

You'll work closely with our website agency, our ads agency, our social team, and the founder. You won't run paid campaigns or build websites from scratch — but you will be the person who keeps everything moving, briefs the right people, tracks performance, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

Website and SEO

  • Publish 8–10 blogs per month — coordinate with writers, edit drafts, add images, format in the CMS, and schedule
  • Manage case studies, client testimonials, and landing pages
  • Handle on-page SEO: alt tags, H1/H2 structure, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking
  • Coordinate with our website agency for development changes, bug fixes, and new page builds
  • Track basic SEO performance — keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, page-level performance

Performance marketing support

  • Work with our ads agency on Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns — brief them, share creatives, review reports
  • Track leads end-to-end in HubSpot, including UTM hygiene and source attribution
  • Build campaign-specific landing pages
  • Use AI tools (including Claude) to generate, test, and optimise ad creative variations weekly
  • Maintain a clean creative library and naming conventions for ads, landing pages, and assets

Social media production support

  • Back up the social team on day-to-day posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Basic video edits using CapCut, Premiere, or similar
  • Design LinkedIn carousels, YouTube Shorts thumbnails, and lead magnets in Canva
  • Support content production around brand launches, programme announcements, and campaigns

Required qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations
  • Comfortable using a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar) for publishing and basic edits
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO basics
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation tool
  • Basic video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
  • Canva proficiency for design - carousels, social posts, lead magnets
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) or actively excited to learn
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear written communication - most coordination happens over WhatsApp, HubSpot notes, and Notion/Docs

Strongly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or HubSpot
  • Experience marketing in health, wellness, nutrition, or fertility brands
  • Genuine interest in women's health and the categories NIS works in (hormones, gut, fertility)
  • Past experience working with creative agencies or external freelancers
  • Exposure to email marketing, lead magnets, or funnel optimisation
