Job Description

Role Objective

The Email Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences, improve user progression, and contribute to business growth. This role focuses on executing data-driven campaigns, maintaining communication quality, and supporting performance improvements through insights and analysis.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Execute email marketing campaigns based on defined strategies, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
  • Assist in analyzing user journeys and support implementation of campaigns to improve engagement and conversion across different stages.
  • Set up and manage basic automated and drip email campaigns, while monitoring their performance.
  • Track campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and report insights to the team.
  • Support optimization of campaigns by implementing A/B testing, subject line variations, and content improvements.
  • Ensure all email communications are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and design.
  • Work with internal teams (design, content, sales, product) to execute campaigns effectively and on schedule.
  • Maintain email lists, segmentation, and database hygiene to ensure high deliverability and minimal bounce rates.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations (such as GDPR) and follow email marketing best practices.
  • Use tracking parameters to assist in measuring campaign performance and contribution to business outcomes.
  • Document campaign performance and share learnings for continuous improvement.
  • Explore basic use of AI tools for improving email content and personalization under guidance.

Skills And Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution roles.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools (such as Mailchimp, Sales force).
  • Familiarity with email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate).
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in campaign setup and execution.
  • Good written communication skills with an understanding of audience-centric messaging.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance standards (like GDPR) is a plus.
  • Interest in learning and applying new tools, including AI for marketing.
