We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across digital platforms. If you are passionate about content, trends, and performance marketing, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute monthly content calendars across social media platforms

Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, videos)

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement

Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Drive organic growth through trend-based content and audience engagement strategies

Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions

Optimize content and strategy based on insights and analytics

Assist in executing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.)

Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) for smooth execution

Collaborate with influencers and content creators for campaigns and shoots

Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies

Communicate and coordinate with MyFroyoland franchise partners for marketing activities

Lead and manage the marketing team across all marketing initiatives and executions

Requirements:

1.52 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (mandatory)

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling, and analytics tools

Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills

Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented mindset

Freshers are not eligible for this role
