We are looking for a passionate and experienced Junior Manager of Real Estate Marketing to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

Role Description

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans that align with our company's objectives and drive growth across key real estate markets.

2. Collaborate with Sales Teams:

Work closely with the sales department to ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales goals, optimizing lead generation, client engagement, and overall revenue growth.

3. Content Creation and Campaign Management:

Oversee the development of high-impact marketing content and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and events.

4. Market Research and Trend Analysis:

Stay informed on market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and marketing approaches.

5. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and manage company-hosted and third-party events, ensuring they are tailored to our target audience and aligned with our business objectives.

6. Digital Marketing Management: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media strategies, and email/chatbot/whatsapp/sms marketing campaigns to drive online engagement and lead generation.

7. Brand Management: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels, reinforcing our company's position as a leader in the real estate industry.

8. Performance Analytics: Regularly review and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure the achievement of key business objectives.

9. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on all marketing activities.

10. Vendor and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and media outlets to enhance our marketing efforts and visibility.

Qualification, Experience & Skills required:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Real Estate Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape.

Leadership Skills: Experience managing a marketing team, with the ability to inspire and lead others toward achieving common goals.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing performance.

Digital Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present them effectively to different audiences.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
