We're hiring for a Performance Marketing Executive!

If you're someone who loves reading data, driving revenue through Meta and Google, we would love for you to join us!

What you'll own:

• Plan, execute & optimise performance campaigns across Meta & Google
• Own budgets and key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CPC (this is your playground)
• Run A/B tests, sharpen audiences, and improve conversion funnels
• Build full funnel led strategies from awareness to repeat purchase
• Track, analyse & report performance using GA4, Ads Manager & dashboards to the team and discuss plans for future improvisation.
• Collaborate with brand, creative & product teams to drive acquisition and retention

What will make you a great fit for Luna

23 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Strong command of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, UTMs & spreadsheets

Experience in D2C (beauty/personal care is a plus)
