About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Business Development and Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Mechanical Engineering along with marketing knowledge, enabling them to effectively coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Quotations to Purchase Orders (PO) by coordinating with technical teams.

• Handle costing activities, including price calculations, margins, and proposal preparation.

• Manage Aftermarket orders, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.

• Maintain and update customer records, quotations, and order documentation.

• Follow up with customers on quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Assist the Business Development team in identifying potential opportunities and supporting sales growth.

• Able to do field Visits if required to aftermarket & customers.

• Preparation of Audit documents If necessary.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of industrial products / mechanical components.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of quotation preparation, costing.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Technical background with B.E. Mechanical combined with MBA in Marketing.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or industrial sales.

• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
