Marketing executive

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Executive to drive business development for CRNO (Cold Rolled Non-Oriented) products. The ideal candidate will possess strong industrial selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a foundational understanding of the steel industry. This role requires an individual who is ethical, adaptable, and capable of fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Major Responsibilities:

• Focus on the business development of CRNO products, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
• Facilitate effective interaction with customers to understand their needs, build relationships, and drive sales.
• Ensure seamless interaction with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Education Qualification:

• Essential: BE (Bachelor of Engineering).
• Desired: MBA - Marketing.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven Industrial selling experience.
• Basic Proficiency in computer operation, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Language Proficiency: Known languages include English, Hindi, and a local language.
• Strong Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
• Developed Analytical skills to interpret market data and customer feedback.
• Basic understanding of the Steel Industry, especially relevant to CRNO.
