About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Senior Executive – Digital Marketing with 2 - 4 years of experience to join our growth team. In this role, you will operate as an Individual Contributor (IC), taking complete ownership of the technical setup, monitoring, auditing, and troubleshooting of our paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing daily ad operations tasks in accordance with our established internal SOPs.
  • Conduct various campaign delivery checks to monitor all ads running on our platform to ensure they are correctly serving in the designated media channels.
  • Perform pre-campaign setup audits and checks to ensure campaigns are set up for optimum delivery and measurement.
  • Reviewing Ads (Approving/Rejecting) as per Eulerity, Facebook, Google specified guidelines before they are published on the network.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Analytics and Account Management, to provide support on ad hoc projects and assist with data extraction for reporting & analysis.
  • Regularly audit and maintain the health of integrations between Facebook Pixel/Conversions API, Google Analytics (GA4), and ad accounts to ensure data consistency.
  • Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion goals, custom events, and pixels.
  • Investigate any data discrepancies or tracking drops immediately (Clicks, Impression and Conversions).
  • Identify and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues related to campaign setup, AD REVIEWS and associated Policy Violation, and the overall user journey flow (from ad click to landing page conversion).
  • Use spreadsheet tools to compile performance data, map trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: (2-4) years of core experience in Ad Operations or Performance Marketing execution.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing and navigating Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Role Type: Must be comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC) who can manage deadlines and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for finding technical glitches in user journeys or tracking loops.

Required Skills

  • Experience managing hyper-local advertising campaigns.
  • Experience working with franchise or multi-location business models.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience investigating conversion tracking and attribution issues.
  • Prior exposure to large-scale campaign operations environments.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA (depending on experience)
