Marketing Executive

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can execute marketing campaigns, understand the numbers behind them, and bring ideas to make them better. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow into owning larger marketing workstreams.

• Execute marketing campaigns across content, email, webinars, events, and other digital channels, from planning through execution and reporting.
• Own the day-to-day execution of webinar and event campaigns, including promotion, mailers, registration, follow-up, and reporting.
• Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences across different marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage content across social media, website, email, and campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and turn it into clear insights and actions, not just reports.
• Bring new ideas, experiment with different approaches, and improve processes when you see a better way to get results.
  

• 1–2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• A strong understanding of campaign execution, email marketing, content, and digital analytics.
• Someone who is comfortable with data and can figure things out, spot patterns, ask the right questions, and draw useful insights.
• A proactive thinker who doesn't just follow a brief, but brings ideas and takes ownership of the work.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
  

• Work across the full digital marketing funnel, rather than being limited to one channel.
• Get hands-on exposure to webinars, events, content, email, analytics, and growth initiatives in a global marketing environment.
• Grow into owning larger campaigns and workstreams, with opportunities to work directly with US-based teams and stakeholders as you develop.
