Supported by an American-trained in-house team, HCT Sun ensures each solar project adheres to the highest international standards, serving over 70 global clients, including prominent names like Zomato, Mahindra Logistics, and Cleantech Solar.
Role Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing market strategies, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, creating marketing plans, and enhancing communications with clients to promote the company's solar energy solutions.
Location - Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Responsibiltites
1. Brand Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that resonates with HCT SUN's mission and resonates with target audiences.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.
-Ensuring all sales and proposal materials align with HCT SUN's brand guidelines and value proposition.
-Support strategic proposals and key client presentations withclear messaging, strong visuals, and compelling storytelling.
2.External Communications:
- Develop and oversee the creation of compelling external communication materials including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media content.
- Identify and leverage speaking opportunities, conferences, and industry events to enhance HCT SUN's thought leadership.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in exhibitions and industry events, including pre-event planning, on-ground execution, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all exhibition collaterals, stalls, and on-ground touchpoints.
3. Digital Presence:
- Lead the digital marketing strategy to enhance HCT SUN's online presence and engagement.
- Manage and oversee the company website, including website development, regular maintenance, and SEO optimization, to ensure consistent brand representation, improved search visibility, optimal performance, and accurate, up-to-date content on WIX.
- Drive social media initiatives to promote HCT SUN's achievements, projects, and sustainability efforts.
4. Internal Communications:
- Develop and implement an internal communication strategy to foster a sense of unity and purpose among employees.
- Create and manage platforms for sharing company updates, success stories, and industry trends.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with business development teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication during project acquisitions and partnerships.
