Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of our marketing efforts — from running paid ad campaigns to building engagement through emails, WhatsApp, and webinars. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, content distribution, and lead generation. You won't be making sales calls, but everything you do should move the needle on awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and any other relevant channels. This includes managing budgets, testing creatives, tracking performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL), and continuously improving results. You'll own the numbers and be accountable for campaign performance.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

You'll run regular email campaigns and WhatsApp communication to keep our internal clients (existing customers) and external audience informed about our products, courses, and advisory services. The goal is consistent, value-driven communication — not spam. You'll manage lists, segment audiences, write or coordinate content, schedule campaigns, and track open rates and engagement.

Webinar Funnels & Lead Generation

You'll be responsible for setting up and managing webinar funnels end to end — from the landing page and registration flow to follow-up sequences and lead nurturing. Webinars are a key part of how we educate our audience and generate quality leads, so you'll need to be hands-on with every step of the process.

Product & Service Promotion

A big part of this role is making sure our audience — both existing clients and potential customers — knows what we offer. You'll work closely with the team to understand our products, courses, and advisory services, and then find the best ways to communicate their value through the right channels at the right time.

Campaign Ownership & Reporting

You'll take initiative in planning marketing campaigns, not just executing them. We expect you to come up with ideas, propose campaigns, and own the entire cycle — from planning to execution to reporting. You'll track key metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and use data to make better decisions.

Internal Marketing Tools

We use various marketing tools in-house for automation, CRM, scheduling, and analytics. You'll be expected to learn and work with these tools to streamline your efforts and keep everything organized.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

You should have hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google and Meta, with a good understanding of how ad platforms work — bidding, targeting, audiences, retargeting, and conversion tracking. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and WhatsApp marketing tools is important. Experience in building funnels, especially webinar funnels, will be a strong plus. You should be comfortable with data — reading dashboards, pulling reports, and making decisions based on numbers. Strong written communication skills are essential since you'll be crafting or overseeing messaging across channels. A self-starter attitude is critical — we want someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.

Good to Have

Experience in the financial services or ed-tech space, familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and popular CRM or automation platforms, and basic design sense for reviewing ad creatives and landing pages would all be helpful, though not mandatory.


Note

This is not a traditional sales role. You will not be expected to make calls or close deals. However, everything you do should support the company's sales and growth goals by keeping our audience engaged and informed, generating quality leads, and making sure the right people know about what we offer.
