Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support brand-building initiatives for Gaurav Gupta, one of India's most celebrated luxury couture houses.

The role calls for someone with a strong aesthetic sensibility and sharp conceptual thinking, who can plan and help execute marketing activities across digital, PR, events, and brand campaigns, working closely with the leadership team to preserve and elevate the brand's distinctive identity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Conceptualize and plan marketing activities and campaign calendars aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Support the planning and on-ground execution of seasonal campaigns, collection launches, fashion week activations, and special projects
  • Help maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints (digital, print, events)

PR & Media Coordination

  • Support outreach and relationship-building with fashion editors, journalists, stylists, and industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate press coverage, interviews, and media features, and maintain press databases and coverage trackers.
  • Liaise with PR agencies on day-to-day execution of brand stories.

Influencer & Celebrity Engagement

  • Research, identify, and help manage collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and key opinion leaders.
  • Track partnership performance and assist in compiling ROI reports.
  • Support celebrity dressing and red-carpet coordination logistics.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Conceptualize and assist in executing fashion shows, trunk shows, store activations, client events, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for on-ground delivery of premium brand experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field; a degree from an international university or design school preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications; internships or prior work experience with ultra-luxury or premium fashion/lifestyle brands in India will be highly valued.
  • Working familiarity with digital and social platforms, content calendars, and basic analytics tools.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in PR, influencer marketing, and event management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
